Sanding and surface finish
After flooring is finished, we recommend sanding all surfaces, especially in the area of joints. Off-the-shelf vibration or abrasive-band sanding machines are sufficient. The best tool is a professional full-area floor sander. For surface finish, any off-the-shelf paint can be used, including curing preparations. One advantage is very easy renovation; the floor can be re-sanded and painted anytime, which will give you a brand new and fully functional surface with minimum costs.
Any off-the-shelf wall-mounted fillers can be used for final finishing.
