Further to Certified Test Institute Report No. 1206.3 Prague concerning the applied glues Caskomin 1238 with 2545 hardener, the State Health Institute of the Czech Republic has rendered a decision that these boards are compliant for use in building interiors.
Fire resistance: Assessment of the fire resistance qualities of the individual types AGROP 3-V 19 and AGROP 3-V 27 has proven the following:
a/ AGROP 3-V 19
type applied directly to fireproof subfloor: This is a design with
thickness of up to 20 mm, i.e. it can be considered a surface finish
without further fire precautions.
b/ AGROP 3-V 19
type applied to fireproof subfloor, but bolted onto wooden transversal
moldings with a minimum size of 50/30 mm placed over the fireproof
subfloor: In such case, it is necessary to fill the space between the
moldings with such low combustible insulation that will make the
general floor structure compliant with the standard CSN / EN 1365-2.
Such insulation is not required if the wooden moldings are concreted in
sub-concrete. Note: The use of moisture stops and insulation for impact
inhibition will be proposed by a designer individually for each case.
c/ The use of AGROP 3-V 19 type for facing on vertical interior enclosure walls and partitions will be assessed by the designer according to the standard ČSN 730821 ed.2.
d/ The use of AGROP 3-V 19
type for facing on horizontal and sloping load-bearing structures made
of wood and other materials will be assessed by the designer according
to the standard CSN/EN 1364-2. With assumed fire resistance ranging
from 30 to 60 minutes, it will be necessary to assume that the subject
facing must be furnished with other low combustible layers, the
cumulative fire resistance of which will comply with the above standard.
e/ The use of AGROP 3-V 27
type panels for separate load bearing floor on wooden load bearing
beams or anchors of a ceiling or truss structure will have to be
furnished with low combustible layers from below, the cumulative fire
resistance of which will comply with the standard CSN/EN 1365-2.
